These were created for a group project during a course in my M.A. in Professional and Technical Communication. In this project, we were creating a proof-of-concept of the merits of single-source authoring via MadCap Flare for a tech company, using software and hardware configuration documentation.
Part of this project was creating template files for use in MadCap flare for each of the three DITA topic types–Concept, Reference, and Task. Using my knowledge of how these topic types should be best employed, I created these topic files which show not only the proper formatting, but also the different types of information that could go into each topic type and how to present them.
I have provided these template files in .htm format as a ZIP folder, available for download using the button below. I have also inserted screenshots of these template files viewed in a web browser as a preview below.
